Using Cerca

When you use Cerca, you confirm that:

• You're old enough where you live to use an online service (13+ in the US with a parent's permission, 16+ in the EU, 18+ on your own).
• You're not on a sanctions list.
• You're not using Cerca to do anything illegal.

Your account

• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate someone else.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

• The places you save and the notes you write are yours. Cerca doesn't claim ownership.
• You give us permission to display your saves to the people you've chosen to share with — public-profile visitors and followers you've accepted.
• Delete a save or your account, and we stop displaying it.

What we provide

• Cerca is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running, but we can't promise 100% uptime or that nothing will ever go wrong.
• We may add, remove, or change features as the product evolves.
• The core product — save, share, decide, social map — is free and will stay free.

Things you can't do

• Reverse-engineer or scrape the app.
• Try to break into other people's accounts or data.
• Upload malware, spam, harassment, or anything illegal.
• Pretend to be someone you're not.

If we disagree

Message me on Threads first. Most things resolve there.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date below. If we make a material change, we'll email everyone with an account.
